What You’ll Do
- Convert guests into memberships and long-term clients
- Recommend services, enhancements, and retail confidently
- Drive pre-booking and retention
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Deliver a high-energy, personalized guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or guest service
- Confident communicator who can recommend and close sales
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Fast-paced, positive, and team-driven
- Comfortable being accountable to results
Schedule
- 6–8 hour shifts
- Full-time available
- Open 7 days a week
