As a Wellness Consultant Team Lead, you'll coach Wellness Consultants, create exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales performance through leadership, accountability, and inspiration. If you're passionate about developing people and achieving measurable results, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule
- 6–8 hour shifts
- Retreat open 7 days a week
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs
- Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Position Summary
Partner with the Retreat Director to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach Wellness Consultants, and support daily operations. This role combines leadership, sales coaching, guest service, and operational excellence to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
- Coach, motivate, and develop Wellness Consultants.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Sales & Guest Experience
- Coach consultative selling and personalized wellness journeys.
- Drive memberships, retail, enhancements, rebooking, and guest retention.
- Monitor KPIs and provide real-time coaching.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Promote services, memberships, retail products, and seasonal offerings.
Operations
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain retreat presentation and operational standards.
- Assist with inventory, compliance, and daily documentation.
Success in This Role

Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or customer service
- Proven sales and coaching success
- Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and technology
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
